I didn't expect about 3 weeks later my pink nail to hurt. I don't get my nails done a lot nobody talked to me that say aside from getting us in and out like cattle. When I reached out on Facebook no reply. I called and customer service was super bad. Very rude. Said if I had money to get them done then why didn't I go back (with no regard of what my financials are). This was the manager. Acted like I knew that it would get fixed for free but there is no fixing the amount of pain or discomfort I was in. It still is sore. I'm not a sissy to pain either. It doesn't matter who paid don't treat people like cattle and rush a service the customer is paying for. I work in retail and as a waitress. Customer service is important! I wouldn't want someone else having a terrible experience. Bad customer service. Nail technicians too busy looking to see how many they can get in... And over all not worth the pain of a mistake they could have stopped by paying more attention. They blamed the customer for their actions. I didn't grind my nail down. 10/10 recommend to just go elsewhere...

I kept saying I don't have a polish picked out yet, she ignored that for whatever reason. I thought ok, well maybe she has a different plan, so i sat without a color. She later asks me wheres my color and I pointed and said i didn't get to pick because I was told to sit down. She picks out three and I pick because I don't want to be an inconvenience because she seemed irritated and I still had a manicure to get done and wanted to have a happy person helping me. Your battles, must choose them well, Ya Know.... I digress... Luckily I had a gel color picked out and the manicure went well. However, seven days later my gel manicure is already peeling on the cuticle.I really don't appreciate spending extra money that falls apart in the same time as standard polish... Maybe old product or rushed service or maybe this week has been harsher on my hands but whatever the cause I plan to pick a different place when visiting my sister in the future.
