Jerry in sales was outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed me. He stayed with me the entire time, answered every question, and didn't step away to help other customers while we were working together, which I really appreciated. Jerry took the time to understand what I actually needed, not just what was easiest to sell, and helped guide me toward a cart that truly fits my lifestyle and budget. Financing was handled in a separate area, and that experience was just as smooth. The finance representative was very helpful, professional, and clear throughout the process. For the first two carts, the check-in guy did repaired snaps on carts before checking anyone in. A lady came out and asked if he needed help.....he said no. 15 mins later, she came out and started helping anyway. Absolutely no communicates from the guy. There was 10 people there for a recall. The recall notice had the wrong date on the announcement. Hope my service work goes well. Been a customer for 10years. I'm done.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more It was 9:28:02 PM when I was trying to buy a gallon of water, when the lady rang it up I scanned my card and it came up to put my pin in. So I told her I need to do it, as a credit card charge(my cc was compromised few years ago and I don't do PIN number anymore). So she rerang it and the cc terminal was saying please wait, so I waited and I showed her what it said and she kept telling me to put it in. But the terminal is saying something different, she took the water and said if you don't want to put it in then I can help you. And she started calling the next lady up and at this im in shock. O and she also commented which was the cherry on top of what she did. She said honey you need to put it in just like a man and a woman, if you don't put it in she is not going to get excited. At was like wow, and there's few people behind me, I'm embarrassed because of what she said, it was an insult and I didn't appreciate that at all. Then as all this is happening, I noticed that the terminal had clear up and I went ahead and put the card in and she went ahead and rang the water again. This lady needs to be train on how to treat customers. I'll definitely never use this gas station again, I'll go across the street.
