I would not recommend this company. When we moved into the rental we sent pictures of crumbs all in the kitchen and under the bed (it was disgusting) and dust in the unit . We sent complaints about how dirty it was and how lights were out upon move in of our rental and how bad of shape the apartment was. We then were thanked for the feedback and told they would speak to their cleaners. Huge hole in closet door, scratches all over the place. I called about mold in bathroom and was told the owner said the bathtub is difficult to clean. She also said she was embarrassed that she forgot to get the jets flushed and would arrange for that to be done. After that I could not reach agent nor did the jets get flushed. Towards the end of our lease- we realized our rental agent had left. No one ever told us. Pots and pans were gross upon move in. We couldn't use them. When we moved in I also spoke with the agent about a bunch of old dirty items in the unit. Together We cleaned out the cabinets. A bunch of old oils and spices were in there. She did help box up and clean that but it really should not of been my job. Especially if they were going to charge that much! I left it cleaner than we found it. When we moved out we got a bill for over 300$ to clean a small studio apartment which was dirty when we moved in. I asked for a receipt with an invoice and contact information. When I spoke to owner of the company she said it is the homeowners cleaners not theirs. I emailed her the original email I received from her company telling me it was their cleaner and asked for verification. She did not return our calls or emails until I reached out to the BBB and they advised me on the next steps I should take. After that, we did get the cleaning bill down. Unfortunately, my experience was like Leah B. We live here full time and found a wonderful realtor to work with. King Realty did a great job managing my rental. Drake in the office is very organized and helpful and was on top of things when the dryer broke, in fact even fixed it himself. read more

My friends and I were warned before renting an apartment from King Realty... we should have listened. First of all, when we moved in, the apartment was filthy. We had to spend a great deal of time and money making our new home inhabitable. After we signed the lease, we were not provided with our own copies. We had to request copies several times before we got them six months after the lease had begun. There were several reoccurring maintenance issues, and when they were brought up to our landlord, it could take weeks before she would send a maintenance person to fix our kitchen sink. These huge issues aside, the main reason King Realty is horrible is because of its owner Tracy Horn. She is a crook. It took her well over the legal 60 days to return our security deposit, even when threatened with a law suit. She constantly lied and claimed ignorance when asked why we hadn't received our security deposit. We were told that we would receive our deposit in full because of the apartment's original condition and the fact that it was poorly renovated. This was an outright lie. We had huge amounts taken out of our deposit for bogus reasons, such as moving around the owner's possessions. I do not recommend renting from King Realty. Horrible customer service and a lying, greedy, irresponsible owner. read more
