The doors were locked and when I looked into the window, the waiting room had half dead house plants and shabby furniture. The days and hours of operation were scratched off the door. The outside had lab boxes covered with dirt and a mailbox filled with several days of uncollected mail. I called the office number and got voicemail and left two messages, which were not returned.
