From the very beginning I was impressed with how responsive he is and how hard he works to make things right for the homeowner. Not only did he come and do his own survey of all the damage and make notes of what had been impacted, when I told him the date that the adjuster was coming he was here and went through the entire survey with them so that they were both on the same page on what was damaged, what was covered, and a game plan on getting my house repaired I'm not the easiest person to work with because I can be demanding but Mike was always so gracious about my multiple questions and concerns and if he didn't know the answer he got the answer for me. His crew did an awesome job. My roof is absolutely beautiful and when the replacement patio cover got done they came and roofed it with a product that matches so that it's aesthetically beautiful.
