Owner is conveniently unable to be reached as the only phone number provided is for the store site itself. On top of that, pumps are routinely not working - you would think if they were rolling in the dough so much, the place would look like the best gas station around. Unfortunately, this store is right next to my job so I endure them. One day there was only one girl in the store and she was obviously new and completely overwhelmed. She had to use the bathroom so actually locked the door to a "7-11" (7-11 - originally open 7 days a week 11 hours a day and all are 24 hours now). When she finally unlocked the door she wasn't capable of authorizing the pumps and I had to go somewhere else. Another morning I came in, the bathroom light was out and I had to pee in total darkness. This morning the manager was talking about her business so loud that you could hear her anywhere in the store as if she was standing right by you. When I got to the counter she was not at all friendly. Again, just a bad experience every time I come in here.

Since then, they have taken it down to one lane (opposed to two). Since the switch, I have attempted to go 3x, 2 of which were during normal business hours and cones were put up blocking the lanes indicating they were closed. Why? No idea. The one time it was open since the switch and I have gone it was INCREDIBLY SLOW (literally takes 20+ minutes to get a car wash), and they did not even use the brush on the front or back up my car as they previously have. I have tried reaching out twice via email and twice via phone over the past two weeks and have gotten zero responses back. At this point, this place now sucks, and I just want my membership cancelled but can't seem to get through to any real being to do so.
