I found this company online and needed a replacement smart key for my wife's Toyota Highlander. No…read morehurry but I'm busy and would like to just have a conversation make a deal and move on with my day. I got a message and said they only do business though text message. (I'm not sure why these days anyone in business would not be wearing a bluetooth phone device.) So I sent a detailed message of what the car was and that I could take the car to them if they didn't do mobile. 45 minutes later I get a reply "$350 for Key". So I replied. " its a FOB, there is no key" 25 minutes later I get a reply " I know its a FOB". So I replied, "these three words replies are not working for me had you called me and had a 5 minute conversation to answer some questions like,, DO you do mobile?, How much for a second Key?, Do I save money bringing it to you?, when can you come?" etc. If a company wants to do text only they surely they know the usual questions and could have given the details in that first reply. I got almost two hours tied up in child like, unprofessional communication that really just soured me on the reliablity of the company. Bottom line, What it I had a problem and needed to reach them. Probably good for the under 20 year old crowd but from my experience this is a company to avoid.
