I found a name brand unit with more btus for $700 at Lowes. Bill's told me before they submitted the quote that if I found a unit they would quote the labor if I chose to go that route. When I told them I had a unit and asked for a quote they said they're booked for 3 weeks and I might want to call someone else. Wow...great sales work there. It earned you this review...do better.
