The guy helping me couldn't even find me in the system and then finally did after looking again, and the blonde lady that chimed in and told him that they needed to find my paperwork and that it wouldn't be easy... again not my fault. After a waste of 30 minutes I had to transfer my prescription elsewhere. Worse and weirdest experience.
