You will not fing a more honest person. Jim is always on time, very professional and kind. He is VERY reasonably priced and won't begin repairs until you're well-aware of what the repairs will involve and what the cost will be. This man even came out the day before Thanksgiving to repair my refrigerator that was dying a horrible (and very loud) death a few years ago.
