Staff friendly. Price good. Outside clean. I was able to clean my car but I had to use a towel from the dirty bin. Don't know where the towels were but it worked. The vacuum worked well on one side but I did notice the other vacuum on the right side was broken. For a fast clean and to do it yourself it was okay. I have been coming to this location since the day they first opened, and I have to say I have never had a better experience with a car wash. It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment. read more

I bought a monthly plan, which requires you to contact them 7 days prior to the expiration date so your card is not charged for another month. I went to their website and notified them that I did not wish to renew at the end of the month, which was 8 days away. They cancelled me immediately. I called the following day to see if they got my message and was told that my account was cancelled. What about the last week, I inquired. You don't get it unless you renew, was the response. Paid $20 for a car wash not knowing they were having a towel shortage. The was did an okay job but I would have been able to correct some if not all the issues had I been able to dry the car before the sun. When I asked about towels I was told they didn't have any. But they did have no less than 6 signs saying towels available for use. When it came time to use the vacuum one side wouldn't even pick up some beach sand. I had to move my truck to the other side and use the vacuums. read more

Today I went through Kings Car Wash Express, excited to support a local business for the first time. My vehicle half way through started bouncing around then seemed fine and I was almost at the end. My jeep started going back and forth, hitting the car behind me, causing him to hit the car behind him. I understand mishaps happen. The owner himself came out, and said he was reviewing the tapes. Came back and told me to my face, I was putting my vehicle in reverse and moving forward. I told him most def I was not, you could see in the video my hands were not the wheel. He even said, well your vehicle came off the rolls. Which is apparent. I was then told I couldn't prove it was his conveyer belt, and it was probably me. When we were first pulled off to the side, the owner said when this happens, everyone swaps insurance information. Which made me think, 1. right then he wasn't going to take responsibility 2. This has happened before. I did have slight damage on my bumper, which the owner said he would not be responsible for. Be careful of this place, I was excited to go and even bought their 3 months promotion of unlimited car washes. Even if their machines malfunction, they will not take responsibility and blame it on you. read more

I've been to this car wash a few times and it never gets my car clean. I tried it out more than once to see if it would improve depending on the wash I selected but no, it's a terrible car wash. I would not recommend going here. These photos were taken minutes after the car wash while we were using the vacuum. I guess the only perk is the free vacuums. read more

Bought the monthly pass and have used it a few times a week. I drive a lot for work so it's nice to keep my car clean. The vacuum cleaners and the area around it are always clean and in good working order unlike the one across the street. I have been threw this car wash at least 40 times since they opened and my car has never ever come close to another persons car. read more

I have two things that could be better. One have a members only lane , but also could use other if you want. When you get behind a customer who isn't and they are busy. We had 7 or more cars go threw that was even in line when we got in line. The other thing is the carpet cleaning machine. They should make it a little more clear on how to work it. As in rug side down and put threw like putting paper in a printer. Got my rug stuck. They guy on duty had no idea how to get it out. Thank God the manager was there. He got it out. Otherwise nice people and a great car wash. Definitely worth it. read more

I pulled up really wanting a monthly deal, until the attendant told me my truck was "to dirty" because they recycle water and made me back out. Now granted, I work in construction and have an F-150 and there was dirt on my side step, but in my 35 yrs of driving, I've never been asked to leave a car wash. So beware their monthly fee.... you may show up to dirty! PS. He told me if I washed the mud off I was ok to come back..... WOW! read more
