Here's an example of some of my most recent finds: In the past five months, I have purchased the most beautiful solid Golden Oak Hatch with glass windows. This has would've cost me $1,300+ anywhere else, and I am thrilled with it!. I'm a game fanatic, so it's filled top to bottom with all of my games. This has been such a blessing to me because prior to this purchase they have been stored in Rubbermaid tubs stacked on each other in a shed find my house. So you can imagine how difficult it been to find one when I want one. Now they are in this beautiful piece of furniture, and I can access any of them at a moments notice and they are displayed beautifully. They have a great clearance rack, and a mix of professional clothes, adorable new and vintage styles, purses, shoes, outerwear and sporty things. I selected an item to purchase, but it did not have a price tag. The associate immediately said, "I…read morecan't sell it," and set the item aside without offering any options or attempting to help. When I mentioned there were many identical items in the back that likely had tags, he did not respond or move--he simply left the item sitting off to the side. Since no solution was offered, I went to the back myself, found the same item with a price tag, and brought it to the register. At that point, the associate told me he had taken my original item to the back to be re-priced--without telling me, and without asking whether I still wanted it. There was no communication, no attempt to problem-solve, and no basic customer service. This could have been resolved easily if the associate had offered to retrieve a tagged item or involve someone who could. Instead, I was left to solve the issue myself after being ignored. Very frustrating experience.
