Whomever they are is constantly leaving garbage in the can. If the garbage misses the dumpster on front of the auto dump truck it will be left laying on the ground for you to deal with. If you can get different service please do. Waste Connection is the same company they bought out Poff Carting. You all suck as a garbage company. This happens all the time, I have complained multiple times but there customer service is crap too. Here is how my cans were left this morning. The auto dump truck knocked over one can so driver just left it turned over on ground, multiple times I guess if it can't auto dump driver ain't getting it. Oh, and my recycling bin was taken today for apparently no reason. It took me two months when I lived in an apartment across town to get a recycling bin and their response to me at that time was that I could purchase my own bin. What a joke.
