I scheduled an appointment online which was very easy along with getting an email from Nissan of the avenues a few days prior. It was a great deal, full synthetic oil change regularly 89.95 for $49.95. The email also showed a few other great promotions but wanted to take advantage of this great price. I was created nicely by the dealership valet and confirmed my appointment and filled out some paperwork to bring in to my advisor, the process went smoothly and the gentleman was very professional. I also wanted to get my tires rotated and asked for a quote of $23.95. I had asked my service advisor Kathleen if I should get it done and she recommended as this will keep the life of your tires longer. I agreed. She was very welcoming and friendly and confirmed my information and asked if I would be waiting for the car. The technician did the job and also recommended a few other preventative maintenance on the car which I declined most at the moment. Because I did get a new air filter in the process , Anthony the Service Manager knocked the price of my tire rotation from $23.99 to $19.95 which was a very nice gesture and great customer service. This is my go to place for all my Nissan needs and I am thankful it's close to home.

Well, this blonde bimbo greeted us and I knew from the start this was going to go bad. So she had us walk over to a desk and we told her what exactly we were looking for and if it's still there in their lot. So she started pulling up their inventory and doing other things and I told her we had the stock number if she needed it and she's like "no, I'm just going to call my coworker because I saw them take off down the road in it and I need to make sure it hasn't sold yet". So then she proceeded to still search their inventory and she's looking at other Jeeps they had and then she asked us for our drivers licenses. That's when I finally stepped in and said look lady, we're just here to see this specific Jeep. We're not interested in any other Jeeps you have on the lot. So she finally gets on the phone and calls her coworker and they told her it was already sold. She could've saved us time by doing what she intended on doing in the first place which she didn't. Worst customer service I ever encountered. We wasted our time just to be told the Jeep had already been sold but yet it's still showing available on their website. Her voice was annoying anyways. I've gone to different car dealerships and I've never had that bad of an experience that I actually had to leave a horrible review.

She walked me through everything I had signed up for, checked if I was waiting (I was), and provided an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready--all perfectly handled! Great customer service from start to finish. About 90 minutes later, I received a text with a video clearly showing suggested services--new tires and wipers. I reached out to see if Brittney could stop by the business center to discuss, as I had my laptop set up and preferred not to leave. She arrived within minutes and with a lower price on the tires than originally stated in the text--another win! One suggestion for improvement: When sending a text with a video and a large price estimate, it may be helpful to personally check in with the customer--especially if they are onsite. Initially intending to spend well under $1,000, receiving a notification that the total would be over $2,000 was quite a shock. I appreciated being able to discuss it in person rather than just clicking buttons. Overall, everything was GREAT! The service today was significantly better than my last two visits, and I truly appreciate the hard work the team is putting in to ensure customers are #1.

During our visit, we were encouraged to move forward with the purchase under that understanding. However, the vehicle had an "AS IS" sticker, not a CPO designation. When we asked about this, the concern was dismissed without a clear explanation. During the test drive, the vehicle shifted itself into park twice while stopped at a light. When we raised this, we were told it might be related to a seat sensor, which did not give us confidence in the explanation. The vehicle also had a cracked windshield, which staff said they had not noticed. As we began asking more questions, communication became limited. When we decided to leave, a manager encouraged us to "just sign" and rely on a 5-day return policy instead. After leaving, we followed up via text requesting CPO documentation. At that point, we were informed the vehicle was not actually Certified Pre-Owned and no certification could be provided. As of this review, the vehicle is still advertised online as CPO while also appearing in the standard used inventory. Three days after our visit, the GM contacted me regarding this review. During that conversation, he stated the vehicle had not yet been through service or been inspected. While he acknowledged my concerns, he did not address the discrepancies in how the vehicle was presented or the issues we experienced. Based on the inconsistencies in how the vehicle was represented, the condition issues, and how our concerns were handled, we chose not to move forward. I would recommend verifying all details in writing and requesting documentation upfront before making a decision here.

Allegedly having an appointment at 8am does not mean your car gets pulled in at 8 or even within the hour, but it gets pulled in just before service goes to lunch. So a simple 30k service appointment for a ID.4, one that takes 45mins to do and pushed off for almost half the day. Service department is RUDE and stated my appointment was not an appointment when it's clearly shown as an appointment in the reminder email and what was requested. They tried to dismiss everything, that since we're not waiting for service that we're not priority. no one wants to wait in a lobby for over a hour for service, but we also don't want to wait half the day for it either. Osteens need to re-evaluate their services customer service and the way they speak to their "valued" customers. I already knew this ID.4 once it's turned in will be the last Volkswagen we ever own.

A couple of…read moredays ago (early March 2026), I decided I wanted to have the dealership sticker removed from the back of the car. I contacted the dealership through the website to ask about that and got a call back almost immediately. They told me I didn't need an appointment and to just drive into the service department. I did exactly that the following day, and Clarissa at the service counter took care of the issue right away while I waited in the showroom lounge area. They not only removed the dealership label but also washed the car--without charge for either service! And Clarissa actually came out in person to the lounge area to let me know when the car was ready--no texting! I was super impressed by their obvious commitment to customer service and thoroughly pleased with their personal attention.

    I bought a used car from them in the middle of May 2026. The salesman was polite and friendly and…read moreadvised the car went through a multi-point inspection. However, 30 minutes after leaving the dealership with the car the tire pressure monitor lite up on the dash advising low tire pressure. The tires had normal pressure and we found out the sensor is bad. Then 3 days after buying the car the battery died leaving us stranded. The positive terminal had so much corrosion on it that it would not start the car. Also the clamp that holds the positive wire to the battery terminal had broken off due to the massive amount of corrosion. I'm 100% confident the dealer never looked at the battery during their multi point inspection which I would image is a very basic thing a dealer would do. Also the finance gentleman that assisted us is definitely not a people person. He came across as if he could care less about us doing business with his employer and that we were wasting his time. I will definitely not purchase anything from this dealer in the future!
