I have to call and call and call. I am constantly told that my case is marked as urgent even though it gets "left on my providers desk". So I have had it. This medicine is important for me to take consistently and this is a fact my provider knows. This has occurred more than once where I have to call for A WEEK OR WEEKS before anything gets done. This time I have called and been assured it would be taken care of before my doctor left on Friday ( I was worried I wouldn't get it filled over the weekend since I called everyday since Tuesday) and I called my pharmacy today and nothing. It's disappointing when your health care provider has no motivation to help you and you have to do ALL the work to make sure you have medicine you need. The staff appeared friendly and supportive until after a couple of visits. Info was being given out to my sister & brother but not to me regarding my dad's condition. I was irrate. I was told they could only give out info on his condition to one family member but they gave it out to two. They didn't mind giving me the info that he had just past away after I called them because I was told the same day that he was doing good and may be fixing to come home. There is alot of questions I want answered and they all lie and are of no help. I'm going to get to the bottom of it.
