Jason is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. His craftsmanship is pure perfection. We hired Jason to replace a kitchen island extension that was badly botched by a previous contractor. The previous contractor had left it with visible drywall screws wide exposed cuts, etc. It looked terrible. After panicking because our countertops were scheduled for installation and looking through Jasons Yelp photos, we knew we needed to get on Jason's schedule. He books out sometimes 3 weeks, and this was last minute. We ended up delaying our countertop installation by 3 weeks in order to have him do the work. Waiting for Jason to do the work was 100% worth having a plywood island top for those 3 weeks. He showed up on time and got right to work. His cuts are precise, and the extension he built looks like it's always been there. We ended up hiring him to extend our kitchen cabinetry to the ceiling and add crown molding to it, as well as add trim pieces to our cabinets' blank sides before we had them painted. We also hired him to modify and install a wood hood over our stove top. Everything came out perfectly. We are more than impressed with his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. This guy is a professional and the best kind. There was not one bad surprise with him. He even gave me some tips, as I was filling the cabinet handle holes prior to getting them painted. Due to the COVID-19 chaos all around us Jason was not able to continue our install but he is a stand up guy and works with good faith. He came over to install a barn door but we had received the incorrect door from the manufacturer. He had to charge us his minimum 2 hour charge but said he would make it up to us when we received the correct door. With the virus stopping most contractors from doing inside work at customer homes the job has stopped. However, he did refund us some of the fee he originally had charged us. Although I cannot give feedback about his work I can definitively say he is a man of integrity and worth doing business with. read more

Jason did an outstanding job for us by converting my dining room into an office space. The dining room had a walk way to the kitchen and a large entrance area from the hallway. Jason closed off the walkway to the kitchen and brought in the walls in the hallway so that I could have double barn doors that enter the office. He did all the framing and drywall for the project. I had a staircase project that was languishing for months on end because I wasn't confident on my ability to get it done. It involved replacing my old oak rails and balusters with cable railing for a contemporary makeover. I have never loved giving a good review more than this one. Jason King redid my horrific "purple kitchen" (yes, horrid purple and pink glass backsplash that was stomach-churning) and perfectly installed a gorgeous travertine brick backsplash that is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. When people walk into my kitchen, they literally keel over at how different it looks and how rustic and perfect it is for our ranch house. It was even more gorgeous than I had imagined it would be.
