I needed them gone! I was on the Next Door app and found the phone number for CMT Junk Removal, so I decided to contact them for a quote. Cory, the owner, contacted me back within about an hour. We texted back and forth, and I sent him photos of the boxes I needed removed. He gave me a generalized price range, which I felt was appropriate, considering the photos made it hard to tell precisely how much was there. He said he could do it that day, but the next day was better for me, and he was agreeable. He showed up promptly at the designated time with his pickup truck. He's an incredibly lovely and personable young man--strong as an ox! He was considerate, polite, and a hard worker with a very cheerful demeanor. He filled his truck completely and took that load to the dump, then came back for the second load--still with a wonderful attitude. The second load was the last of it. He even took away my old, broken microwave and an old computer chair. Cory is delightful to work with, and I recommend him any time! The biggest issues in their neighborhood are if the deer will eat items in your garden. The remote location limits some of the services I can find. Dylan with Get It Done was willing to come the same day I called. The pricing was reasonable (and cheaper than what I paid elsewhere), up front and didn't have hidden fees. The dumpster wasn't big enough. A two day rental is $340. Weekend rental $358. Weeklong rental is $474. The largest dumpster (13 cubic yards) is 14" x 6" wide x 4" tall. Since Dylan also does individual junk removal, I might call him back when I ready for the next phase of getting rid of more stuff. He makes on site estimates for free.
