The price he quoted was very reasonable and lower than a previous quote I received from another company. We have had a chronic leak in our roof (when we get a hard rain) over the past 8 years. It has resulted in extensive ceiling damage. We have had three repair companies attempt to fix the problem over the past eight years, but to no avail. There were a couple of vents that needed to be added to exhaust the roof. He mentioned the situation (no roof vents) but did not try to upsell me on them. This is fine, but Gabe never came out and looked at the final product and approximately 15 months later I noticed 2 areas where the siding was not overlapped in the front of our house. I called Gabe, at first he said we're busy, if you can have some patience I'll get someone out there to look at it. 3 weeks later I contacted him again and he said it's been too long and I am not sending anyone out. I realize it was 15 months later, but siding isn't something that can go wrong over time, it wasn't installed properly to begin with. He knows the crew he sent wasn't very experienced, for this reason he should of sent someone to look at this and fix it.
