I sent a message to the lynbrook hotel on there webpage and an email to there email address about never being forced to put my bag at reception in all my years of travel and going to numerous tabs only to get no response at all. They just completely ignored the complaint and cant even answer a simple question if people can take bags in. Dont go to this place they dont know how to run a hotel.
