Dunelm Mill stocks most things for the home that you can think of-towels, curtains, toilet seats, pots and pans, everything. I find Dunelm Mill to be an excellent value home store, and always stock up on things such as food storers/plastic containers while I'm there as I find them such good value. Dunelm has a car park, but is not very easy to get to if you don't drive. The nearest bus stop is a 10-15 minute drive away- a fair way to walk if you're laden down with bags. So if possible, grab a lift!

They are a bit pricey though, so it would be worth trying to do a deal. Upstairs it's a bit of an carpet's graveyard! I couldn't believe how many roll ends there are up there - surely they'll never sell them all?! They're not particularly cheap either, so I don't know how they can afford to store them all. It's a lovely old building but a bit shabby and rather smelly upstairs. Could do with a little TLC. Otherwise I'd recommend it as the service is very good.

The showroom is much bigger than it looks and the designers there really know their stuff. It can be a little difficult to see what is on display in the showroom as they have tried to cram so much in but all you have to do is ask and they will have the answer. I had a design visit on the same day and although I am yet to purchase from them I don't doubt that they will provide a great service.

The shop is large and they sell a wide variety of goods, mainly soft furnishings such as bedding, curtains, towels, table linens and fabric on the roll. They also have other household goods like kitchen accessories, lighting and storage. There's a small cafe which is nice as there isn't a great deal else on the industrial estate, and they are quite reasonably priced. All in, it's a really nice shop if you're looking to furnish a home on a budget.

Left it two weeks and called, phone diverted left a message no response. Called at least on two other occasions (not leaving a message) no answer or phone diverted. Left it two more weeks sent an email, no response. Called two weeks later and finally spoke to someone who said they had no record of us visiting the store. Said they did not get the email and were not aware of any phone message. When challenged on how all of these could be missed the reply was they are very busy. I suggested that if they were too busy to look after customers I should look elsewhere to which the man said 'OK'. No apology for wasting our time, no attempt to recover the situation. I would never use this Company, I wouldn't expect them to be around for long with this attitude to running a business, or expect any support in the event of any issues.
