I contacted Kingsway Home Care because I have a friend whose terminal cancer was progressing & needed extra care. The person I spoke to scheduled an assessment appointment at our friends's home. Myself and two other friends redid our schedules, which wasn't easy, so we all could be present at the meeting. Over an hour after the schedule time, no one from Kingsway had shown up. I called and asked to speak to Farra who I had made the appointment with. I was told she were in a meeting. I explained we had been waiting over an hour for someone to show up. They took my message & said someone would call me back. It's been 2 days & not one call from anyone at Kingsway. I would not recommend this company. If they just don't show up to do an assessment, and do not call to explain why not, how can you trust them to take care of your loved ones? read more

Your response did not address any concerns I had. You put the blame on me that I didnt give you enough time. Really!? You had 3 weeks to give me 3 days of 24 hour service. All you talked about was how you meet standards. All the office needed to do is call me to reschedule. Not to ignore our appointment and then not to reschedule considering a very stress time. Excuse me. Feel for the client and stop justifying poor service. read more
