Makes for an easy trip Additionally, they seem to keep their shelves pretty stocked. When you walk into the store (either from outside or the mall entrance) you might be a little overwhelmed at the rows and rows of shoes. Nevertheless, there's plenty of styles and options so its worth the stroll through the multiple aisles. While there always seems to be no crowd in this store, it never fails that each time I see someone leave they have multiple pairs of shoes in their hand. I attribute this to the awesome discounts the store usually has going on. I'm a shoe fiend and this place definitely gives me my fix. I will be totally honest, they had a huge selection of prom dresses which I totally appreciated! I…read morehad checked a lot of other places that had very little 0-00 selections, but XO's had soooo many! However, at least 1/2 of all dresses I tried of were damaged in some way. Broken clasps, seams ripped along zipper lines, beading falling off, I mean you name it. Although my girl, who I believe was named Molly, was super sweet it felt like she was still new to the job and therefore did not have strict rules about only the "stylist" zipping/tying up the dress, (which is probably why all the dresses were damaged). This is NOT at all a mean review towards her since she was super sweet and I really liked her. However, there was another girl there who I really disliked. My dream dress had a ripped seam along the zipper on my butt and of course I assumed there would be a discount for the damage. That girl (not my stylist) told me it would most likely cost "$20" at a seamstress to get fixed, which totally baffled me. I mean she brought over a binder to look at the damage to give me a real estimate, yet never actually opened the binder. I was pretty blunt with my opinion, since no way it would only be $20 to fix, and I asked her where I could get it done for that much and she told me they had a list of places to go but she wouldn't call for prices because that's my job. At this point I really wished I had brought one of my parents with me, since they totally treated me with less respect since I was a teenager who only brought her best friend and boyfriend. The clasp on my dress was also about to fall off, and when I asked for a discount since it was falling off, she said "there was no way it was going to fall off" (I even heard my stylist (Molly) say she thought it was going to fall off when trying to clasp it on). After that quibble, that one girl treated me with disrespect and it was upsetting because I am paying ATLEAST $600 for a prom dress still. At the front, another girl looked at my dress and instead said I could get $40 off for the tear, but it was hard to be thankful when you can tell every teenage girl working there is giving you death glares. I felt bad being cheap and asking for discounts, but at the same time the dress was damaged and I literally spent $629.86 on my dress!!!! I didn't even sign their wall or get a photo with my dress since I just wanted to leave after paying because everyone felt so angry at me. I will definitely update this after getting my bill back from my tailor since I still think the damage will cost me over $40.

I had no idea what to expect, but as soon as I walked in, a very cheerful young man greeted me, and I explained my mission to him. He smiled and directed me to stand on a "magic" pad that mapped my feet. After the required 30 seconds, he expertly reviewed the results and came back with three shoe options. I tried each pair, had to go up a size in one, and he patiently answered all my questions about the different brands and styles. Once I found the pair I liked, we headed to the counter, I paid, and I was on my way, all in less than 20 minutes! The entire experience was easy, friendly, and enjoyable.
