We were in Dodge for a long weekend and had a problem with our Buick. The folks at Lewis got us…read moreright in and figured out what was needed and repaired the same day.

Liars. (Long, but worth the read) I won't mention the salesman by name because I can't say for…read moresure he was the one who fabricated the lie, but the manager involved was named Anthony. So the story goes like this... I found the car I wanted on their site, it was a 2007 Camry Hybrid at their Dodge City location. I was put in touch with a salesman in Hays, and was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a problem getting a car from another location. The listing online was brand new and didn't even have actual photos of the car, so I asked the salesman to send me some, which he did. I made an appointment to meet with him the next evening. In the meantime, I texted the salesman letting him know I would like to look at another Kia that was located in Hays (which just so happened to be a few thousand dollars more), and I believe this is what 'caused' them to fabricate the following blatant lie... When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately advised that the Camry I was interested in was "sideswiped" and no longer available..but this Kia is right here. The way they nonchalantly spoke about this car being wrecked immediately tipped me off that something was up. I looked at the Kia, but made it very clear that I was still interested in the Camry, and asked for pictures to see how bad the damage was. The salesman eluded to the fact that it may be totaled. Still, knowing a decent body-man who may have been able to fix the damage, I asked for pictures. From the moment the so casually told me about the Camry being wrecked, I felt as though this story was made up to sell me a more expensive car that was already in Hays (the Kia). The next morning, I had someone in Dodge City visit the Lewis location there and ask to see this Camry, which they somewhat obliged. The car was on the rack being serviced and detailed, and most definitely NOT WRECKED. The person I sent down then called to let me know, and I called Lewis in Dodge asking for more information about this Camry, which they made no mention of it being wrecked or having any real body damage, and even sent me photos of the *not wrecked* car. At this point, having been blatantly lied to my face, I was pretty livid. I went back out to Lewis (Hays) and gave the salesman back his business card, letting him know how disrespected I felt. I would have liked to talk to this 'Anthony' guy, but I was told that the managers all left early, so that wasn't an option. But, as expected, the salesman passed the buck to someone else, presumably in Dodge City, but made sure to direct blame in any direction away from himself. I'm more than certain that Dodge City will do the exact same, and I'll never know who the actually liar is in this chain... Which is irrelevant, actually. Bottom line is, I was blatantly lied to about the car that I wanted just so they could sell me a more expensive car, therefore making the salesman more money. The 'wrecked car' story was so casual though, so off the cuff that I don't believe this is the first time it was used. Most buyers would be automatically disinterested after hearing about the car they wanted being wrecked, therefore opening up the door for the salesman to sell them a different, more expensive car... Me not being one of those buyers blew up that whole fabrication, and I'm here to let others know what extent these people will go to just to sell you something you may not want.

The service department lied multiple times. I dropped my…read morepickup off the day before it was scheduled to be inspected for a valvebody failure and was told it would be fixed in approximately 1 week. it had 50,000 miles and this would be a warranty repair. I was also denied a loaner vehicle. two days after it was scheduled to be inspected I called for an update and was informed they had confirmed the valvebody was bad. They then informed me parts are back ordered 2-3 months. This is due to so many failures production cannot keep up. One week after the inspection was scheduled and after multiple calls the finally admitted they never inspected it and would not for another week. After taking to other dealers they all agreed that parts are at least 3 months out. I had to fix it out of pocket with better than factory aftermarket parts because it was cheeper than a rental. and their repeated refusal to give me a loaner despite that being in the first couple lines of the warranty info in the app.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Our truck was hit in June 3rd of 2019. Here I am 7 months later…read morestill having issues. Not only did the first attempt of them fixing it take 4 months, after we went to pick it up, it was not even remotely ready. The paint looked like a toddler got ahold of a spray can. So we we gave them ANOTHER month. (Mind you we live 2 hours away, so driving up there a million times is not ideal) Finally, we go to pick it up. It still looks horrible, but at this point we just wanted to bring it home to a shop in our home town. IT BROKE DOWN HALFWAY HOME. Leaving my husband stranded in the middle of nowhere. We brought it to a local body shop where they had to fix all the paint. They told me there was overspray on the entire vehicle. A couple days later I found the driver seat was loose. They couldn't bother to tighten the bolts. And today I found a broken clip for the sun visor. This piece could not have cost more than a couple dollars, but instead they tried to GLUE IT TOGETHER. There are other issues as well, but this is already a long read, so I'll leave it at that. Absolutely ridiculous. If you break down, or need any kind of repair. I beg you to look elsewhere.
