I found RIH online after having been less than satisified with other companies we tried previously. 100% recommend Right at Home. With RIH I have been so impressed over the entire duration! From the initial consultation to the final day. Owner Bobbie was available to us at all times, which I found very comforting. Veronica in the office was super helpful and patient with our high maintenance scheduling (we had very tricky scheduling and last minute changes). She also came out to train in person if we had a new person coming in. We often had Crystal with our Mum, she was AMAZING with her. She not only helped my Mum with showering etc, but with EVERYTHING from changing linens, light housekeeping, cooking healthy meals, companionship and the list goes on. We also really like Mona - the office was great for trying to keep only 1 or 2 workers on the schedule with my Mum because of her dementia. Everyone has been Covid safe, wearing masks, washing hands, sanitizing. My Mum's condition has deteriorated quickly so we are now moving her into a long term care home. We will miss everyone and want to thank them all for being so special, it's really helped make our transition easier. Thank you Right at Home crew xo

As promised, the next morning she called to say she had found it and would personally deliver it to the resort. If it wasn't for her, my Dad and Mom would have had to return home. It's a small place, but sure fully-packed with offerings -- all sorts of 'stuff & such' -- from used clothing of all kinds (mens, womens, and children), to odds & ends of houseware, and such. The staff (owners) were great -- so friendly, informative, and caring about what they do, and the community services they provide. Daughter found a mug that she just had to have. Otherwise, we just browsed and enjoyed the sights, and our chats with the owners -- two fun visits worth.

We came prepared and brought a small sample piece of the fabric that my custom make skirt made out of red satin, so it would ease in finding a matching shirt. When he asked us if we were looking for anything in particular he had a very opinionated fashion sense. I stated that it was formal attire and that the looks needed to be complimentary. He offered two shirt selections one that was a very busy pattern of pinks and reds like a water colour art work and another that was bright blue and purple ombré with a flashy pattern. We ended up going with my selection that was black, red and white that was the closest colour shade to my skirt. I was sad to be told that they didn't have any plain black shirts with pockets so that he could choose the option of a hanker chief. So be sure you take into consideration what your colour scene is and what your goal is. All in all the stop was a success and he loves to stop in for shirts for special occasions.
