Booked a taxi for a train around midday, taxi was 20 minutes late and I missed my train…read more Called office every few minutes while waiting, staff were incredibly rude, uncaring and lied to me each time - "he'll be there in a minute". No apology for the inconvenience even when the taxi was 20 minutes late. Worst customer service I've had in ages! Despite the driver's best attempts (and bless him, he did try) I missed my train and had to pay £60 for new ticket. If you can't get a customer to a train in the middle of the day, how do you handle airport runs?!

Terrible service. Drivers don't know the streets…read more Dispatcher did not call us to let us know that the car was not coming. Dispatcher called me a "twat" on the phone. I'm not your "mate" and I'm not a "twat" - I was a paying customer. We called for a taxi on evening of 9 February 2012. We waited for about 10 minutes after the taxi was due to arrive and called Club Taxi again. The dispatcher told us the driver couldn't get to our address. We asked that another car be sent, and waited another 15 minutes, then called back (how stupid can we be?). I was told: "And you'll be waiting, mate. The driver can't get there." Well, another taxi company's car drove by us as we waited. We received a delivery that morning. People who work in the buildings around us are parked there every day, so I expect that cars can get to our address. I expect that if you cannot, you'll let me know so I can find an alternative. I expect you won't curse at me on the phone when I tell you your drivers are incompetent. We cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.
