I missed the small "No Trespassing" sign, and the gate was wide open. While I understand I should have noticed the sign, I was also a paying customer and had no intention of doing anything inappropriate. Instead of being approached with understanding, I was met with intense hostility, sarcasm, and even a threat that a gun could be pulled out. That was incredibly alarming and completely unnecessary. I apologized multiple times and explained that I had simply missed the sign, but there was no grace or professionalism shown throughout the interaction. I took my Audi in for a routine oil change before driving to Jacksonville, FL. On the drive to Jacksonville, the low-oil annunciator came on due to the low oil level. I stopped and purchased four quarts of oil and added two. The time I killed finding a place to purchase oil almost caused me to miss my trip flying out of JAX. As I arrived at the airport, the engine required adding approximately another quart of oil. I returned my Audi 2 times to address the excessive oil leak issues at the oil plug, and I showed them pictures of where it was leaking. This should have been a no-brainer issue to repair. Twice after returning the vehicle and keeping the car for several days, they found no issue! I took the SUV to another shop on the South end of the island to have the repair done correctly within 30 minutes. We quickly discovered not only was an oil plug gasket was not installed but the oil-drained plug was stripped out from being over tightened. If a shop can not perform a routine oil change correctly, how can you be trusted to perform complex repairs correctly? Making a mistake is understandable, but not correcting the mistake after two additional times back to the shop is unacceptable.

The salesman, and manager were present when we asked if it was fully refundable and we were told by Sales Manager Amanda that it was fully refundable. We were then told that it would be illegal to not refund it if we asked for a refund. We asked for the deposit to be documented as refundable as well. We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. The latest is, they can't issue a refund without calling the card processing company. Complete B. S. Stay away! This place is definitely shady! I doubt we'll see a refund, so...
