I searched on line for a florist shop in Defiance as I am not familiar with the area. I found three choices. There was one review for Fancy Petals and it was a very good review. I called and the woman who answered could not have been more helpful. My first choice was a bulb garden that my friends could then use the bulbs in their outside garden. Well, being February in Ohio, the bulb garden is not quite available. The Fancy Petals woman suggested a blooming Azalea that can also be planted in their garden when spring arrives. The plant was delivered exactly when I requested it to be delivered. The plant is gorgeous and very healthy. It is the perfect "welcome" for my friends and it will be a wonderful addition to their garden later in the spring. Thank you Fancy Petals! We purchased, paid for, and accepted delivery in the same day. This time however, our purchase ( mattresses and motion base) needed to be ordered. Our main issue is that no one from Herron's will return our phone calls after leaving multiple messages. All we wanted was an update on our order status. Our salesman Michael, promised to get back with us after speaking to him on Labor Day in the store. This of course never happened. We then called back and left multiple messages for Randall the sales manager, none of which were retuned. This was no small order we placed. Based on this experience we will no longer consider Herron's for future purchases. The lack of customer service is troubling, especially when one spends as much as we did.
