The funeral home forgot to publish my fathers death notice. After I left a message with the…read moreanswering service to ask why it wasn't there, Chris from the funeral home called back and yelled at me, and said I was never told there would be one. He completely lied to cover his mistake, and contradicted his own story multiple times. I understand mistakes happen, but how do you yell at someone who is mourning a loss just to cover your mistake??? I wish I could give this place zero stars.
