I scheduled my appt (for two weeks later) for my 15 mins and pointed out two different omissions in my return that ultimately saved us a thousand dollars. They finally got the amended return back to me to sign after they sent it to the wrong email address AGAIN and Just when i thought this nightmare was over and my taxes were settled, surprise letter from the IRS they miscalculated what we owed by 9$. Worst unprofessional tax service i have ever used, will never be back and i recommend you steer clear.

They also offer a security package you can purchase at the time of checkout that will give you monthly report on anyone trying to use your personal identifying information. This was the first time that we had used them as a tax service and my husband and I were not disappointed and have already referred other family and friends to them.
