(End of update) I wish there were 10 stars. Long review. Bare with me... I have been suffering with intense sciatica pain for 16 months now. For 3 months I have been going to another chiropractor. This Chiropractor was recommended by friends and he helped them. I would leave feeling better for maybe 1 to 24 hours. I gave it 3 months because like most people I always expected to feel better in 3 or 4 visits. Well 36 visits later nothing changed. This pain when triggered would drop me to the ground almost in tears. If you have sciatica you know what I mean. I don't believe in fate but I have been living here about 14 years and less than 500 feet from me is Tilghman Chiropractic so I go in and no one is around until Dr. Michael Lueddeke comes to the receptionists desk. Her book "It's Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" was one of the first great books that I found when I started getting RSI symptoms, but I really didn't even think to reach out until I saw another recommendation online; pointing out that she does have a clinic and does video consultations. I called and had an appointment within a few days. The first appointment was focused on immediately giving me a bunch of stretching exercises and changes on how I work. We then continued to meet monthly and I've continued seeing steady improvements in my RSI. After about 3-4 months, I started working with Dave doing more active physical therapy exercises.
