Three days into the most horrific thing I've ever been through I knew I needed legal representation. In a split second our lives were forever changed and people were asking me questions that I just didn't understand. While my husband was in another surgery fighting for his life, I started googling. Review after review, firm after firm.. it was all too much to try and figure out. I came across KNR. Multiple locations, many attorneys. They were my first and only call. As the gentleman proceeded to ask me questions, I interrupted. I want to ask you questions before I go into detail about my situation. If I call is anyone going to know who I am or am I just a number? How many automated systems am I going to have to navigate to get through to ask questions? Is anyone actually going to call me back? He instantly said, I have the perfect Attorney for you and there's no need to answer any questions from me. A few minutes later Nomiki called me and I'm so grateful she did. She was an answer to one of my prayers. She took her position very seriously and guided me through everything start to finish almost 5 years later. She paid attention to every detail big or small and sometimes just listened to me cry when she felt like I really just needed someone to listen. I know I would not have made it through all of this without her. To her husband and children, Thank you for allowing me to interrupt baking cookies for church and for the answered calls even when your family were on vacation, a gathering, the gym and even the DC trip. Definitely would NOT recommend! I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and updates regarding my claim. A settlement offer was presented by the other party and I was never notified of this. When I raised my concerns, I felt the response was dismissive, condescending, and argumentative. Given the substantial contingency fee involved, I expected better communication, professionalism, and client service. Everything...and I mean everything...said about KNR is true. They are the worst firm I have ever worked for as a paralegal. The office politics, favoritism, micromanagement, constantly ever-changing rules and policies make it unbearable. Every morning, I try to come up with a reason not to go. The firm purports to be "family" for their clients. No wonder. It's dysfunctional as all get out and very lopsided when it comes to management and staff. Cases are only valued by how many you can submit to the insurance company in a quarter. I wish clients knew that they are only number 59 of 76 that was submitted. The "training" is laughable, at best. Gives handbook that is horribly outdated, then wonders why there are so many mistakes. No matter what you do, you are replaceable. If HR doesn't like you, they will sabotage you so you won't make their required quarterly goals. My advice for Management: Go full AI. You have AI generating most of your demands and another company obtaining the needed documents. You are now just a high-priced middleman. read more

KNR is letting the perpotrators of my scooter accident go Scott free. 8 breaks, a scooter, medical bills, suffering... all just let go. KNR misrepresented what they could do and avenues I could be referred to. Anthony Hall (Toledo) also gave me incorrect information on Ohio Victims of Crime program and telling me that is my best avenue to collect anything. I realize an outcome cannot be guaranteed, but what was done to get any outcome easily was NEVER done by KNR. Now 2 Toledo people get away with injuring me. Point: They (KNR) needed to do more to get a result to get an income for themselves, while getting an outcome for the client. Only positive.... I owe nothing, which is no comfort for wasting my time. They don't communicate once you ask them to settle. I asked for settlement to happen in the beginning of August, but kept stalling and not updating me on if they had things or needed things to finish. They finally said they were sending a demand letter in October, but still haven't a month and a half later. Emails come back undeliverable, when you call they say no one on your team is available and they still fail to return your calls or texts. Nothing about what is in the demand letter has been discussed/disclosed to me. They instantly put a claim into my insurance company without reason or informing me, subsequently raising my premiums. I've got bills outstanding and need funds to continue therapy. They've only made a horrible situation worse. This is unacceptable and someone needs to be held accountable. read more

Didn't even try to separate the medical bills from the rest of the settlement then the insurance check came in over 7 days ago and has yet to be processed as of this afternoon May 9rh 2025 . I signed my settlement paperwork 8 days ago and was told by Peter Janos that the insurance check was in accounting and would be processed the next day and available for me in 5 business days. I needed an attorney for a car accident, they were not able to help with that however. The firm did hold some of my medical bills and they later had me use my personal medical insurance. which was great of them, however their was an MRI that I had that was not taken care of or was I made aware of it. I had so many different reps handling my case. One even told me why the one guy wasn't working for the company and not soon after that he was no longer on my case. It took them 1.8 years to get me the minimum and the therapy center they sent me to wanted around 70% of that. They did get that down because they neither one of us was going to get anything. Trying to get someone to call you back was a task. I would call them twice a week and never got a call back. It was so back I started telling the receptionist let me guess they are not available. I didn't sign papers or give a verbal agreement for us to go to court. I told them I wasn't going to court but they filed to take it to court so out of the money I was awarded they charged me for court fees. They were supposed to pay all the expenses out of the award but I got a bill from the court saying I owe $90. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Terrible firm. Rarely get calls back if ever. My case has been going on since 2016; my case has been passed around through multiple lawyers. This firm lacks professionalism, lacks respect for their clients - I want to wrap my case just so I can sever ties with this place. I needed help with an auto accident during the COVID19 pandemic. Because I refused medical treatment (dealing with back pains vs going to a petri dish of an ER) they don't believe they will be able to collect much and therefore would not take my case. I waited 7months for you guys to finally tell me that theirs not enough evidence although I have multiple witness testimony camera footage and to say the other driver has 0 liability and you guys aren't able to prove that with the information I formally found out for myself lol you guys didn't take pictures of the car in the impound didn't investigate at all and left it to me to access police report get witness statements access video footage from multiple buildings around the accident and again tell me 7months after the fact theirs not enough evidence lol once I get my claim approved through another law office I'll make sure I fax you guys the details! The good: If you get the right lawyer (i got ken) then you will get more than you ask. Always return calls. Excellent receptionists. Nice, clean respectful office. The bad: First lawyer and his legal aide were awful, i had to make all the calls to get the medical records! I got a different lawyer and i was much happier. Things got done immediately. Took October to april to get my medical records filed and get a check. So it will be quite a wait but its worth it! I'd definitely use them again. read more

My mom ended up passing before receiving her settlement. Fast Forward, I was appointed Executor of Estate. Now me and my Probate LAWYERS were dealing with KNR. The case was assigned to 4 different lawyers within KNR. At one point they could not locate the paperwork. ‍ Even my Probate Lawyers were shaking their heads. Finally after another 4 months, we get my mom's settlement. That was a total of 2+ years for a simple claim. Read the reviews. If you case is not bringing in hundred thousand dollars. Worse experience, treatment ever!!! Was in an accident 2 years ago with a state paramedic truck. Knr has done nothing to help. I dont even get updates or calls unless I call. A year into them letting my case sit on a desk and after me calling upset I was told maybe the lights was on, smmfh. Then told they wouldnt pay for my car. I lost my car, both jobs, took a loan, and have been careless and stuck since. And after me calling once a week for 2 months, I call them to be told o yea we have a settlement of 1500 lmmfao. I can't even get a car for that. Not to mention they of course was getting 3 times the amount I was offered. This is after they even change my lawyer. Knr is fool of liars and hustlers from.what I'm learning in my experience. All they care about is what they can get. They do no field work. I was in a car accident on July 29, hit from behind at a stop light in Stow. Without my contacting them at all, on August 3, someone from this law firm showed up uninvited TO MY HOME while I was out of town. They left a packet of info including a video and some play money. I guess since my IQ is so low I cannot figure out how to hire an attorney on my own should I need one that would make me stupid enough to hire a tresspasser to a property registered with the City of Stow as a no solicitation condo community. Sit back because it's a bumpy ride. These clowns had my case for well over 2 years. I was unable to work to my full ability due to being rear ended by a semi. The first clowns name was Devine and his associates. He never returned calls nor was ever able to get in touch with. They did absolutely nothing. Then handed it over to Amanda Burgess. They were next to impossible to get ahold of as well. Again my case was going no where. They were 2airing on things that had nothing to do with my case at all. For almost a year this clown set on my case with it going nowhere. It was only after I had to file bankruptcy that my case even moved. News flash clowns, it's to late. Once I filed bankruptcy, I could only recieve a set amount of any settlement. So why would I hold out for more when I was only going to get a ser dollar amount anyway.
