We contacted this company to have an old iron tub reglazed rather than have to tear out the…read morebathroom to remove/replace it. We were on a deadline as we had company coming within about a month. There were initial problems from the start. We had them come back out to redo it but it was even worse. They supposedly used a "new" product this time. After it was applied, it started sliding down toward the drain, leaving unwanted ripples in the finish. We called them again. They promised to come back out but never did. Multiple attempts to reach them were unanswered. The rippled finish immediately began cracking in the thin areas where the product slid toward the drain. This company is horrible to deal with and does not provide quality work, nor do they stand behind their work. But then why would they? It would just mean more work for them that they don't get paid for. Ever heard of doing it right the first time to actually SAVE time? I honestly don't know how they're still in business.

About a week after they refinished the bottom, more hairline cracks started to appear. We called and called and called. After finally getting ahold of the company, they said they would come out again. This was three months ago, and they still have not been out and the cracks are much bigger and spreading. This is the worst person to ever do business with. Horrible work, and horrible service. DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH HIM.

Someone gave me George's name at Affordable Complete Electric. I called George told him what was happening and he told me what he felt it was and what to do until he could come the next day. Later we discovered it wasn't just the kitchen but the entire house power was going off and on. I sent George a text. He called and said he thought it was an Entergy problem and that I should call them. He could have come out and charged me a big fee to tell me that, but he saved me the money. I called Entergy and it was wiring in the box by the street that was the problem. I appreciate someone who doesn't take advantage of people and try to help the right way instead of just seeing $ signs for themself.
