He waited about a month to call; but asked me to go pick it up when it was ready since I work in Davie. I called to see how late they were open and it said 5:00. I drove to where I had seen their office before, but there was nothing on the door. I looked up their website and called at about 4:40 pm on a Tuesday. The woman who answered the phone said that they had moved offices recently and gave me the new address which is in Weston. I told her I was going to drive over really quickly and I might get there about five minutes late. She told me that she was not going to wait for me. I asked if anyone else would be there and she said no quite abruptly. I decided to come back two days later. I put the address into my GPS. There were several rows of warehouses so I called the number again and I talked to the same, rather unfriendly woman. I asked if they were in the warehouses, and she said yes, close to the main street. I drove all around the buildings looking for a sign that said Davie Glass and Mirror. I couldn't find any sign and no suite number was given. I called the same number again and asked the woman if there was a suite number. She told me it was Suite 200; I don't know why she did not give me the number either of the two previous times I called. It was still quite hard to find because there was just a small 200 on the front. (Hardly visible from the parking area.) When I finally found the right building and went inside I gave my name and the woman working reception went and got my 2 pieces of glass. She was just as unfriendly and abrupt in person as she was on the phone. The glass wasn't wrapped very securely, no packaging other than some plastic wrap around the edges. (I was worried they would break on the drive home since there wasn't any type of box or bag.) They did make it home safely and were actually cut perfectly. The glass was a little pricey but the quality was good. Overall we were satisfied with the product from Davie Glass and Mirror but the level of customer service left a lot to be desired.
