After 35 years in the industry, this customer is the only person I have ever had to to take to court due to a refusal to pay an over £1,000 final balance. His main criticism being that he does not consider the ceiling lights bright enough and that kitchen unit infill materials should be of front finish and not cabinet material. Both points refuted by Independant Experts who have visited. Although there are jobs to be finished off because we were not given the opportunity to return, this case will unfortunately be decided by a judge on Friday 9th May.

Our sliding doors don't close straight and yet we paid much more than we should have for the product we have received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS COMPANY! None of the staff we worked with 2 years ago are there anymore either and I can't see how we will ever get this sorted without a lawyer! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Went here yesterday and was very impressed with the prices and bought several items. Unfortunately…read morewhen I left the shop the alarms went off and it transpired the shop assistant had left a security tag on. To add insult to injury I was misinformed about the colour of a boxed item and when I opened it at home it was completely different. You may also want to note that despite the huge notices saying they take the shopping centres discount card in store it turns out it is only on curtain hooks! So although the prices are good, just be careful to check any sealed items before you leave especially if its part of a set and don't expect to use your discount card unless you are bulk buying curtain hooks
