She ignored me completely through email. She only replied to my husband and didn't copy me in the threads even if I was the one doing the design. I have a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in one of the best schools in the world, and I was not impressed by the creativity or services of Hannesson Home. I indeed found later that they are overpriced and the amazing pictures displayed in their social media and website are pictures from their providers and not their creation.
