I'm writing this review for the amazing staff The ladies here are so gorgeous and sweet and lovely. I live on top of kittenish and walk my dog past here every day. For some reason she insists on coming in here every day. The girls greet my dog by name. "Hi Rosie!" Echoes through the whole store. They know me as Rosie's mom. They ask her how she is doing and always ask me if I'm looking for anything in particular. They are so dang nice and readily available to help. It's no wonder kittenish is so successful, with staff as excellent as this! read more

Jessie does not design clothes or swimsuits. She buys everything wholesale from China manufacturing catalogs, then tries to pass it off as her own design. She switches out the labels from the manufacturer's labels to a Kittenish label, her fake brand. Poor lying fraud Jessie. Out of all the women Eric could have chosen, he chose this short, bowlegged no talent mess. Currently, Kittenish website is down, 4 Kittenish stores went out of business and she's hanging on to this N-ville one with all she's got. Friends in N-ville stopped by and found rude sales girls even though no customers were in the store. This one will soon close, too. You can buy the same clothing at multiple other discount rag shops. Let me start by saying that I've not bought any merch from Kittenish. I will say though that if you're looking to have a unique shopping experience, this is your place to go! I entered Kittenish and was immediately greeted by an associate. All the associates wear coordinated outfits, adding to the overall girly-chic aesthetic. Live music was being played as I shopped (LIVE music, and the girl playing her acoustic guitar was very transparent about her love for Kittenish-rocking a shirt from Kittenish). Patrons sat and stood to appreciate the live vocals. Oh, did I mention Kittenish is Instagram-able?! Yep, coining that term, as I made it up (you're welcome). Kittenish was made for the vloggers! There's a beautiful floral wall where patrons can sit and take pictures. There's also a heart balloon wall (reference the picture below) where guests can hold a faux heart balloon string to show their love for Nash. Kittenish is a bit pricey. Honestly, maybe buying in one of the stores is better, but since there are none near me, I have to purchase online. Everything about their online store and customer service is just not good. First of all, their prices are so expensive - a lot of cheap clothing extremely overpriced. They sell out of everything so fast and they rarely restock. I can't even tell you how many times I added myself to their email list to be notified when something gets restocked, and not once have I ever been notified. I also would check the website myself frequently to see if something restocked, but I swear it's like once an item sells out, that's it. It's gone. They don't restock it. Which makes me think they don't make a lot of product of each item to begin with. Their return policy is the worst. They charge you shipping for anything you order. That's fine, whatever. BUT, if you want to return something, they will deduct $7 from your refund for the prepaid return label. This is ridiculous considering the fact that you already pay for shipping. If an item doesn't fit due to inaccurate sizing by them, customers shouldn't have to pay for the return! It's just another way for them to suck money from you. You also used to be able to initiate your own returns directly on their website. However, they've had a disclaimer for literally over a year saying that they are making changes to their returns platform and emailing them is the only way to initiate returns. Seriously? How long does it take to update? This is probably another tactic by them to avoid people returning stuff so that they don't lose out on money. Btw their general support email is their only method of contact. And if you do return something, they take FOREVER to issue your refund. I returned an order that was over $130, so you bet I wanted my money back asap. But I literally had to email them 3 times before they finally got back to me. It took them over a month to refund me. That's straight up unacceptable. I can see up to 2 weeks, but over a month? Totally not fair to the customer. And who knows.. if I didn't reach out to them myself, I probably wouldn't have seen that refund come through for even longer. Lastly, I also just want to comment on their sizing. They say everything is true to size, but it's not. Everything is so inaccurate. I'm usually between a S and M. Yet, every single thing I order from them is extremely tight and small. One time I ordered a pair of shorts in a size S and M, and they both fit the exact same way. No difference between them at all. Both were extremely tight on me. They definitely lie about what sizes the models are wearing in each listing, because there's no way that some of those girls fit into those sizes. In the pictures it looks like they fit them comfortably and even with extra room. There's just no way they're wearing the same clothes that customers receive from Kittenish. I understand that everyone fits into clothing differently and carries weight differently, but the sizing is definitely not accurate, at all. When Jessie JD was pregnant and even after she had her baby, she was still modeling clothing on their website. They still had her size under every listing as wearing an XS (she was clearly pregnant or had just had her baby in the photos). Don't get me wrong, she looked phenomenal pregnant and after the baby! But, to my point, Jessie was literally openly talking on Instagram about how after having her baby she's not the same size as she's always been and how she has new curves now. So I don't know why they wouldn't just update her size on the website to reflect her actual sizing. Like I said she looked amazing and everything, but come on, just be real, there's no way she was still wearing a size XS in all those clothes. They just need to be more real about sizing. It's all very misleading. It seems like they're trying to convince everyone that their models are a lot smaller than they actually are. People just want realistic sizing, especially when they mostly run as an online store; because it's not easy nor convenient to constantly have to return from them. read more

Ordered a jumper after seeing it on JJD instagram.. when it arrived it was NOT at all as pictured. She was wearing it backward and there's a really obvious tag border stitched in that would make it incredibly weird to wear it that way. Material was super cheap and came with several "pulls" in the knit fabric and bits of other colored thread all over. Very low quality garment. They made me pay $7 for return label after I paid for initial shipping. Customer service was friendly. Really wanted to love this. read more

This is the CUTEST boutique in Nashville! im absolutely obsessed with the entire idea of this place. We visited on a Saturday and it honestly wasn't too crowded for a beautiful day in Nashville. There was live music from local artist as well! The best part? I asked if my dog could come in and they said absolutely!! I love dog friendly stores. The store is massive filled with jewelry, makeup, clothes, books, etc. I love the variety that makes up the store, which lets you pick out whatever your heart tells you! I purchased a sweatshirt, coffee cup, & a makeup palette. The only drawback to most people would be the prices. However, there are some lower ticketed items to be purchased. Kittenish is such a cute boutique with a lot of fun neon signs with cute sayings, and I immediately fell in love with the store on Saturday morning when I came in. I love their selection in store, and one of the store associates is so sweet. She explained that some items in their store is exclusive to them. It came up because I asked if I could buy something in store and have them ship it to me because I'm not local and may not have a ton of space in my luggage. My friend went on their website and couldn't find one of the items I really wanted, so I decided to go back to the store on Sunday morning to pick up the items when they open. The store wasn't as busy first thing in the morning, since it was also a rainy day, and I was able to go in and out quickly. The same store associate remember me from Saturday. The checkout experience wasn't as fun as it was another associate I was working with, and she wasn't as friendly as the other girl. We waited a while for the card reader to wake up, and we ended up keying my card number in. When I handed her my card, I gave it to her with the back side facing up because it had everything she needed my name, card number expiration etc. When I saw she had flipped everything around, I was like everything's on the back, and she said she needed to verify my name. At that point, I didn't say anything more since everyone has their own way of doing things, I thought it was easier the way I did it. I was also more than happy to show my ID as well, but I wasn't asked. She did inform me that accessories are final sale which I appreciate the heads up. I'm also from out of town and leaving Monday, and thankfully I gave it 24 hours to decide if this was a purchase I'd want. Ultimately, I'm happy with my purchase, and the bag is also super cute and durable. Unfortunately I had to abandon the bag at my hotel since it would take up a ton of space. I do recommend the store to anyone in the area looking for a boutique with women's clothing and accessories. read more

The jewelry here is actually pretty good quality, a stark contrast to the clothing here but that's not a surprise just knowing these types of stores. The girls were all friendly when I first walked in and were quick to greet me. However, when it came time to check out, I had to get someone's attention. The girl said "I'll get someone up there shortly", and quickly called someone on her headset, even though she was doing literally nothing, just pacing the floor. I understand that she was probably a manager and checking out a guest is beneath her, but when you're doing literally nothing and someone is waiting at the register, you put the customer first and check them out. The bathing suit is way too big and made with such cheap material, I could never get a single use out of it.
