I just went to this so called business to purchase two tires for 71.00. This price included…read moremounting and balancing. The price was fair. The tires were mounted. However they DO NOT BALANCE. The "mechanic" said to me " as long as I line the valve stem up with the dot printed on the tire they are balanced." This is not true so for anyone that is planning on going to this business please think twice. Not only do they not know what they're doing. When I went to pay, the owner opened the cash drawer and laying with the cash was what appeared to be a meth pipe. I don't know for sure I am only going by what I've seen on television! I am including pictures so you can make your own choice, but other than the price absolutely nothing else is any good with this place.

I'm from New Orleans and the contract is on the north side of the lake. So I drove there, picked out a lawnmower and took it straight to the property to start cutting. In my attempt to be cheap, I got the lowest commercial gravely, the pro turn zx 52. It was a great mower and there was nothing wrong with it. It just wasn't what I needed to complete this project in a timely or comfortable manner(I'm on the mower for 6-8 hours). So I called Dakota and told him I messed up and undershot what I needed. He got in touch with the gravely rep and the bank(financed the mower) and handled everything for me. Gravely bought the mower back(I obviously lost some money out of the deal because I brought them back a used mower). It was awesome. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for sure. No one seemed annoyed with me causing an unneeded situation. The new mower is exactly what I needed and is much more comfortable to be on for hours on end. I guess you could say they aren't pushy at all. I told him what I was cutting and he asked me if I needed something bigger and I said no(stupid me). So basically I though he was being just a regular salesman trying to sell me the more expensive unit in a non pushy way but in reality he was just being a friendly person and making sure I got the right equipment. Sadly, I did not and we had to go through that process. Glad it all worked out in the end. Very thankful that Dakota and the sales team were willing to fix a problem that was MY fault and not theirs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be going back for a Dirtbike soon enough. Thanks Dakota and everyone at Ramey motors.

They don't charge anything for inspection that doesn't involve any repair. Once I felt my car was giving bumpy feel even in plain roads. They inspected my my car for 3 hours checking brakes, tyres, engine driving around... etc..They later told me it was fine. But did not charge me a penny. Everytime i have been there with questions or problems they are always helpful. This explains their level level of honesty and how much do they value their customers.

Flat out lie. It is now 4 days later and the car is still online for sale and a co-worker just called to verify - LIARS.
