After the flooring was ordered I had to call and email to find out when it would arrive so we could schedule only to find out it had been delivered that day. Then I was told it would be at least another week before they could start. I only ordered the flooring because they told me they could get this particular one in just a few days and that they could start the install immediately. Then Erica tried to gas light me and pretend that wasn't the conversation that I had been having with them since the moment I walked into the store. Sent prices for each based on our floor plan without requiring a home visit. We opted for the vinyl plank in a taupey gray tone called Arctic Greige for all four bedrooms with 3 walk in closets plus a hallway. We asked for the earliest possible install date which was a week or two away. We were then offered an earlier date if it worked for us - and it did. Installers arrived bright and early and removed all the carpeting - laid the floor - added quarter round to existing baseboards to cover gap and were done by 5. A beautiful job - we are more than thrilled.
