But aside from the pillow, I felt like I was in really capable, professional hands. Teagan practices a modified style of Swedish massage and took a bit of time to learn what I'd like out of the experience. Having been to other RMTs I know I'm not crazy about having 20 minutes of head cradling (for example) and prefer deep back and shoulder massages.
