When I told him the requirements and the budget, he made it clear that he didnt want to negotiate any further and I had already said ' thanks for your time'. Its not often I get accused of being a 'man' because of the way I wont let others roll over me, but this guy suddenly seemed short-fused trying to make me feel stupid. So clearly he insists on having the last word - that usually means they arent listening very well. Not a great way to get customers.
