We had used Brendan and Klean Pools for a few years. I called in May when our heater stopped working, a heater they installed. I was continually told, "we're just really busy right now". When Brendan finally came to our house, we were told that we weren't a priority customer since we didn't use them for monthly maintenance. But, Brendan did say he would fix our heater. The first week of July, I received an email that our heater would be fixed the upcoming week. 1, 2, 3 weeks go by. I called or emailed just once a week for an update. Nothing. They stopped all contact and wouldn't answer the phone. I finally reached out to the pool heater manufacturer directly to get a recommendation (Ray's Pool is amazing). Klean pools completed ghosted me and dragged me along for months. DO NOT use this company for any of your pool needs. They are unreliable and unprofessional. read more
