I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.

Thankfully My apartment was also able to help last minute and move my move in date up to the next day. Tim, and his team were KIND courteous and careful. They successfully got my very difficult to move sofa up three flights of stairs Without damage! It was nice to have genuine human interaction with people offering a service and knowing they care about the people they are providing for. Only one of the guys let me buy him dinner, dang new years resolutions haha (I always get my movers dinner because it's a job that takes so much work!) Netta (woman that helped with scheduling and stayed in contact with me to make sure everything ran smoothly was a pleasure to work with. Your closest competitors were as follows. Also your statement about being heavy is not accurate, possibly may see the 7T limit of your competitions weight limit for one of of the 7 40s we needed. Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. HAI 1500/ea 30yd Ohio Dumpster and Demo 650/ea 40yd 7T limit Budget Dumpster of Toledo 595/ea 40yd 7T limit Kleen sweep 30yd 495/ea 3 times the price. Was quoted 1500 for the single 30yd. Laughable.
