We communicated by text. He came with very old equipment (clean and dirt water comes out of the same bin) and bad odour. Like he washes his clothes without detergent. It is my belief he was recording when he showed up because he tried to confuse our text conversation to make claims that I had the sofa cleaned before him. I asked him for specific details on how the cleaning would be done and he said it would be done with a steamer. He shows up saying I had my sofa steam cleaned before him and even pulled out his phone to say this is what is in text and I had to make it clean it was what he said. He claimed my sofa is at least 10 years old and gave some silly story. I caught him several times acting ways and he never cleaned my sofa well. I found dirt still on my sofa after he supposedly cleaned it, left a water stain on my sofa and he played with my toilet brush cleaner to make it seem like my sofa was really stained and dirty. I have OCD and things have to be a certain way for me to function otherwise I have anxiety attacks. Nothing on the receipt that he made me sign was legible save for "LOTS OF STAINS" which I have previous photos to show that there wasn't stains. It was dirty because I just moved in the middle of winter. He's a scammer. He's fees are comparable to other cleaners but with bad service. I now have to find a cleaner to clean my sofa. Again. I am not happy with the service provided. I can still feel some grime on some of the sofa surfaces and I do not think enough time was spent.

Excellent service. Love the fact that not only does my furniture look clean but it smells clean too.

They rushed through the entire job, not cleaning thoroughly. On top of that they MADE stains on the carpets in 3 rooms that were not there before. The entire job has to get re-done! read more
