Absolutely amazing customer service. I have renters insurance through Klinner and would definitely recommend them for all types of insurance. Teri has been incredible with helping me the last few weeks - my apartment complex changed policies and required all insurance companies to list the apartment complex on my insurance policy and it was as simple as a phone call. Then, I decided to add someone onto my policy and that was done in 3 days through email as I live about 2 hours away.
