She sent me their IG profile where I clicked the link to schedule an appointment. I originally scheduled it for yesterday but Vanessa had to cancel and she gladly rescheduled us for the next day. You will get text message reminders and the sessions is scheduled for 35min. They offered a First Cut Package which comes with a Certificate, lock of hair and a photo but I was told their printer wasn't working so $5was taken off the tab. Arrived a minute before our scheduled time. Vanessa was in her room waiting for us when we entered we were greeted. It's a small clean space. This place really caters to the little ones. Bluey was playing on the tv, there was a car chair and she had lollipops and little toys to take. I had my daughter with me and she was just so happy to see all the kid friendly set up. My son did amazing. He just turned one last month and his hair was so long I usually use my daughter's clips to keep the hair out of his eyes. Vanessa gave me the option to put him in the car chair or if I wanted to sit and have him on my lap. I decided to put him in the car chair. He did so well, he was so calm and all smiles. She also asked what I wanted. I honestly didn't, I just wanted a nice trim. I was open to any suggestions she had since she was the expert. Vanessa was so kind, very experienced, gentle and worked really fast and efficiently and her work is beautiful! She cut and styled his hair all in about 20mins. My baby looks so handsome love how it came out. Highly recommended Vanessa her business. We will definitely return when it's time for another cut.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and the hairdresser said she couldn't do it... so then I searched up a different picture of a different haircut, and she said she couldn't do that either. So then I finally just asked her for shorter on the sides and leaving it longer on top, which she didn't do either. While all of this is happening, all the "distraction" tactics like the TVs and games didn't work. The chairs are cute, but unsafe. My child fell out of the seat twice and hit his chin on the "steering wheel" . They're not meant for babies and they shouldn't have sat him there. After my child has tears streaming down his face, they want to give him a ride in the car activity, which also doesn't have a seatbelt. The picture they took looks like a mugshot, and they couldn't even print it out, which is part of the package. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

After he buzzed all around my son's head I figured the top length could be saved and the barber even checked with us to see how short we wanted it. We stated that we wanted 3 quarters of an inch off at most because we want to keep the length as much as possible and just trim around the eyes. He then proceeds to chop it all off. I cried as soon as we left. I will NEVER go back because they will just shave your kid down with ZERO regard for what you ask. Save yourself the heartbreak and NEVER come here.

I dreaded bringing him there, because my son would never sit still and slide around their loose booster seats, he would cry, and flail all the time, making it VERY difficult to cut his hair, even with CocoMelon on TV. I would have to hold his shoulders while the stylist firmly held his head just to give him a 10-15 minute MEDIOCRE haircut. Horrible experience and just the anxiety of bringing him to another barber to cut his hair weighed heavily on me. But I gave Ceasar a shot, knowing the quality of haircut he gives. I will never have another person other than Ceasar cut my son's hair again! My son sat on the chair with a booster seat for 45 minutes straight without crying, flailing, and with little to no frustrations. Put CocoMelon on TV, gave him his favorite snacks, gave him his favorite thing to do which is reading his book, and Ceasar did the rest! Ceasar was patient, took his time, and worked with my son's movement/behavior. Best of all, Ceasar nor I had to hold my son's head or shoulders! Worth EVERY dollar for the quality of haircut, peace of mind, and experience! Piece of advise for parents with fussy children: bring a booster seat that can be anchored down to the barber seat to safely secure your child from moving/sliding around, bring their favorite snacks and toy/book to entertain them, while watching their favorite show. My hair looked like it was just cut horizontally, no blend in between layers or the bottom. After nicely stating my concerns, she made the layers shorter but neglected all else. I did not mind that the cut was bad as long as she fixed it but I did not appreciate that she would let me walk out of the salon with a bad hair cut, she was unwilling to apologize or admit it wasn't good. The other workers supported her, I understand that supporting and empowering your employees is good but for the sake of good hair and costumer service, this place lacks integrity.
