I am finally ready to share my experience with KLLM. From the start the communication with this location in Burns Harbor was off. My recruiter barely followed up with me and I had to reach out a few time to get firm updates on my hotel accommodations and schooling. One of the good things is KLLM does take care of your hotel, food etc. However there were alot of hidden things new students should know. I personally free you aren't meant to play based on the following points I will make soon. Hence why this location has the lowest success rate for students. Shout out to the other locations. Once of the "techniques" needed to get your CDL is flawed. I also believe the director at this location is fully aware. Even the test instructors at the site say we aren't taught well to perform the move. The communication at this location is poor and most days is good with the flow. I would say some of the staff are amazing. Matt, Nicki, and David are the best! In regard to the other one, I really had to bite my tongue ( so i dont get kick out the academy). He shows favoritism, is lazy, and lacks basic understanding of human interactions. However the director was fully aware of this. If this location wants to pick things up, they need to clean up communication and address the toxicity directly. I would say more by those are my MAIN points for this location.
