WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND BEWARE OF FLIGHT CHANGES. I paid full fare for two first class tickets to Europe for an anniversary trip. Without warning, the airline sent me an e-mail advising I would now be routed through Detroit (with no first class seating), resulting in a loss of nearly 6 hours in Europe. I sent an e-mail to customer service via their website, waited nearly two weeks, and got what appeared to be an automated response that basically said, "too bad, and you can't actually talk to any executives about it." This is not how you treat any passenger. Rude, Rude, Rude! Book on another airline. This one doesn't care about your business. read more
