We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. Our children actually enjoy their dental cleanings (they consistently share that Dr. Smith's Dental Hygienist has such a gentle touch and leaves their teeth feel 'squeaky clean'). From Dr. Smith's wonderful Office Manager/Receptionist, Ms. Joyce, to Dr. Smith's Dental Hygienist, to Dr. Smith's Dental Assistant, to Dr. Smith himself, we've not once had anything but the best possible experiences. I credit our consistent, top-shelf, dental care over all these years to this team approach to delivering professional, quality dental care. Crowns fit better than any others we have had in the past. She takes the time to make any injections completely painless. She doesn't push unnecessary treatments (like the dentist we saw in Lexington). Her manner exudes kindness and concern. She is very responsive to emergency situations. The hygienist uses the most "modern" technology so that cleanings are quick and thorough. EVERYONE in the office is pleasant and friendly. We strongly recommend Dr Green's services.

I have never had a worse experience with a dentist in my 31 years of life. Multiple fillings have…read morefallen out within very short time frames of being put in (the last one only lasted two weeks). I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
