And I listen to it and will continue to listen to it. But, seriously, I have a pet peeve. I have never heard another program where the people do SO MANY personalized advertisements for various products and/or services around the area. I find that pretty annoying. You hear a voice you are familiar with and you start listening, expecting to be listening to the morning show itself and then you realize you are unwittingly listening to a damn commercial Check it out: I TURN OFF COMMERCIALS. And this means I switch off your program a lot more often than I otherwise would.

It's a nice place to hang out in and is kept very clean. STL NPR is basically the only radio station I listen to. I love sooo many of NPR's programs (wait wait don't tell me, tell me more, science Friday) and St. Louis does a great job of carrying these programs. I've listened to other NPR stations across the country and STL NPR is one of the better ones! I'm very grateful to live in a city that had such a well funded NPR station! .....but I'm sure they could use even more funding ;)

The music they play now it's completely different than in the 80s and the 90s and early 2000s. It's not soft rock anymore. They play all sorts of rowdy music that they didn't used to play. I want my old soft rock station back again. I don't know why there's no one there to pick up the phone or take request! Fish station is nowhere near as good as it used to be in the past. It's upsetting that my old station is gone.
