I have requested full refund via PayPal for $50 which is pending. I guess I am just out $49 out cash. I have waited until today since pay, all his time she is still advertising for new clients. I have been ripped off and hopefully no one else goes through this as I did. I am not able to take any spring/summer pictures with my daughter anymore since the season is over. I will be sharing this as much as I can to help other from falling into this as I did.

To my amazement, the photographer was very patient, helped me pose so that I didn't look frumpy and old, and took a lot of pictures while we were talking to show me how I could improve future pictures. The photo was chosen, and the session only took about 20 minutes. They helped me every step of the way, paid attention to small details and did an excellent job! The two sisters were kind, understanding and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to be photographed by Photonuvo in the future.
